From the Governor of Hong Kong to the Secretary of

State for the Colonies.

(Received Colonial Office 12.18 p.m., 15th July, 1915).

July 10th.

With reference to your cypher telegram of

A person answering to the description of

Bohm cinematograph photographer named Brooks and

Doctor Cook and Mrs. Cook left steamship Mongolia at

Manila and took passage for Singapore. I have

informed Governor of Straits Settlements and Government

of India. I have detained for enquiry fourteen

Indians from ex steamship Mongolia.
